March 2023: Ryann Bieber
This month, we’re shining the spotlight on our Apprentice Coordinator, Ryann Bieber!
Since joining our staff a year ago, Ryann has seamlessly integrated into KC culture, always looking for ways to collaborate across the program. With her drive and ingenuity, she’s reimagined what the Apprentice program can be and built partnerships with high school communities across NYC. Even with this year’s challenge, she recruited a cohort of amazing students to begin the Apprentice program this month, and we’re excited to see how the program and her students evolve with her mentorship!
This spirit of community building and more is why we’re so grateful to have Ryann on our team. Her dedication to our Apprentices throughout the pandemic and beyond is inspiring, and why we’re excited to nominate her as Employee of the Month.
