March 2020: Pamela Moronta

This March, we’re highlight Pamela Moronta, a Group Leader at our Rock 2 The Bronx site!


Pamela is an awesome team member who notably makes sure our programs are running well, but that Kids Creative is a great place to work! Her compassionate and appreciative nature help create a positive environment in which her coworkers feel supported and empowered. She works well with everyone at Rock 2 The Bronx, truly embodying our spirit of collaboration.


She’s also an amazing Group Leader to her students, and her hard work and dedication is incredible to witness. Her positivity is infectious, and helps motivate our students to do their best and treat each other with the same kindness and respect that Pamela shows everyone.


That’s why we want to shout out Pamela and express how grateful we are to have her on our team!
