May 2018: Rachael Abbick

We are excited to announce our employee of the month for May, Rachael Abbick, who is currently our Marketing and Summer Camp Coordinator in our main office.
Rachael always goes above and beyond to make summer camp the best it can be, from helping families register, organizing field trips, and sending monthly newsletters to keep our community up to date.
Rachael is a constant source of positivity in the office, and is always ready to answer parents' questions concerning summer camp or pitch in wherever necessary to help out her coworkers! No task is too menial or too cumbersome; Rachael tackles them all with a smile. She is a consummate professional who serves as a great role model for all of KC staff.
Prior to becoming a part of the KC team, Rachael graduated from University of Missouri Kansas City with a degree in Theatre Performance, and she continues to volunteer for Opening Act's annual play reading fundraiser to help bring theater to NYC youth however she can.
Rachael is the perfect example of how team work makes the dream work, and for those reasons she has earned the distinction of KC's employee of the month.
